Matthew's work has been shown at film festivals and art galleries in London, Reykjavik, New York, San Francisco, Toronto, Berlin, São Paulo, and beyond.
His acclaimed short film, Delphinium: A Childhood Portrait of Derek Jarman, has been acquired by the British Film Institute for preservation in the National Archive. Matthew is currently completing the feature film Joshua Tree, 1951: A Portrait of James Dean.
